Your intentions are pure but often it's hard to find the time for yourself to get on the mat, especially when juggling all of the responsibilities of life.
That's why we teamed up with Rhi Kitson to bring you 30 minutes of lunch time yoga that you can slot into your day without a problem. In fact the class can be taken in the morning, afternoon or evening.
Just showing up for yourself for 30 minutes a day will contribute immensely to your mental and physical health.
