This Saturday (8th May) we are hosting our first ever online yoga event open to all to raise awareness for men's mental health charity Andys Mans Club and to get more men on the mat to benefit from the practise.
The 90 minute class is aimed at all abilities, with a strong focus on foundations to help you brush up on your yoga skills and introduce new people.
Starting yoga in a studio can be a daunting thought which is why we are bringing you the class to the comfort of your own home.
The event is completely free, but we are welcoming donations which will all go to the wonderful work of the charity Andys Mans Club.
The charity provide support groups to men across the country, giving them a safe space to speak up and talk about their mental health.
Leading our event will be Manchester teacher and Yoga Soul Studio owner Will Mitchell, we caught up with Will ahead of the event to find out more about why he decided to become a yoga teacher....
