WUUFLY month of yoga - a New Year free yoga classes started on the 3rd of January, to help you start 2022 feeling grounded and full of self love. Each week we will focus on a different element, including Earth, Air, Water and Fire. The earth element is associated with the first chakra, the root chakra, which is located at the base of your spine. It links to security, safety, and stability. When the earth element is balanced, you feel confident, grounded, flexible, safe, resilient, and strong. 🌎 The air element helps us to generate feelings of love, freedom, openness, mobility, frivolity and positivity. ☀️ The water element is by nature fluid, helping to nourish your body, water movements will help to strengthen and relax your hips, release tension, and become more flexible and fluid. 🌊 Located in our bellies is the Manipura chakra, which is associated with the fire element.
