It's that time of year again, festive socks are now more acceptable and gingerbread is found everywhere, lattes, biscuits, teas... you name it. But before we start the Christmas countdown it's time for a special Black Friday Giveaway...

2) Just Between Friends, next time you're passing this cute and stylish coffee shop in the Northern Quarter do yourself a favour and grab a Pan au chocolat, the perfect after yoga treat.
3) Another perfect coffee spot, with a well-being twist is the new and spacious Feel Good Club which is a Wellbeing Coffee House and Bar also in the Northern Quarter. Doing what it says on the tin, helping you to feel good, the Manchester brand also sell uplifting merchandise and will be hosting plenty of inspirational events once lockdown lifts.
